Therm-A-Rest Compressible Pillows (Two Pillows) Compressible Pillows filled with polyurethane foam. Compresses to a small roll with integrated draw string to maintain roll and fits nicely into a backpack. The pillows uncompressed and shaken to loft to a 12" X 16" sized small pillow. The outside is a soft cleanable fabric. Overall they are OK pillows. Obviously they are better than nothing and when saving space is important they do OK.
