No labels or makers marks remain on this lamp- great styling and high quality. Dimensions: straight up including lamp head: 63" Height with shaft adjusted to 90 degress: 38" - width: 26" (shaft to edge of lamp head. Weighted base measures: 11" diameter. Note: many other size adjustments for this lamp. Push on/off switch is two way for bright and brighter settings. Comes with bulb but we can't guarantee that it will work after shipping-we will through the bulb in for free as is. Condition: very good vintage.
