Hi thank you for looking. You are getting the lamp that you see in the pictures. From bottom of Base to the very top of the Ring it measures 23 inches. The lamp is in working order. Pump turns on and light works. Lamp for the most part inside and out has been cleaned. It still is a little dirty in crevices but as mentioned has been very well cleaned inside and out. You will need to supply your own light bulb. You will also need to purchase your own oil . Oil will not be included. This is a vintage item so please expect signs of use such as scratches or stains or slight peeling of the paint on the woman. Lamp has a flat bottom and can be used as a tabletop lamp as well. The electrical cord is shorter than the chain. The electrical cord measures just over 10.5 feet long. Shipping will be FedEx SmartPost or USPS mail.
