The fish move at a slow, relaxing pace, very colorful and tropical. The volume control and on off switch are on the right side. It has 4 ½ feet of cord in good condition There are two tabs to pull out to use it on a table top It measures 19.5" wide x 11.5" high x 2.5" deep.
