Little Tikes Place Dollhouse - Vintage 1994 - Complete with Box + Instructions - $300 - (Winona, MN)

Here is the toy. Very rare to find in package. From 1994. Includes all of its original parts and accessories. It was played with only once or twice, so it is in great shape. (Still has that plastic smell to it!) It has been stored in a clean, climate-controlled place for its entire ownership. The only blemish is that the two mattresses have deteriorated with age. So they have been bagged, but their insides are crumbling out. This set has its instruction manual and ad booklet, as well as the original screws to hold the house together.
