Very Rare Early 1900's Folk Art Approach Rustic Cottage Style Wood Doll House. A great looking doll house with original green and cream colored exterior paint reminiscent of the late 1900's - 1910's period. The walls of the interior rooms are also painted in colors from this period. All wood construction that's in great shape. One of the wood interior walls is slightly warped. Missing one of the window flower boxes on front of house. All original paint on the exterior and interior that's in solid shape with normal wear and tear that gives the paint a great patina! The barn style roof is hinged on both sides and lifts up. An old style electric light bulb socket was installed on the underside top ridge of the roof that would light up the interior. Overall Dimensions: 20.75" tall, 26" long and 18" wide. Weight: 23 pounds A real gem of a doll house! Don't pass this one up!!
