Here I have a set of artists oil pastels, by Sanford, that have been previously owned. There are 2 that are broken, the light blue, and the yellow, the navy blue one is missing, and most of rest have been hardly used, with a couple of them not ever touched. The package describes them as non-waxy, non-toxic, and resists breaking. Certified by Art & Craft Materials Institute. This is sold in "As Is, As Found" condition. I accept PayPal.
