Unique OOAK Pub Roombox - $1,300 - (Clifton Park Center, NY)
For consideration is this OOAK large magnificent “Pub” roombox. As you can see it is loaded with an abundance of miniature accessories. I designed practically everything including the wallpapers and floor. I made beer taps, food, and even a real fur cat to ward of the mice. I think it is a whimsical touch! It is lit with overhead LED lights which are battery powered and last up to 30 hours. I supply your first set of batteries. You get everything you see in the photo! Shipping will be $50.00 and only on the mainland USA. Shipping overseas is very cost prohibitive unfortunately. The room measures 18"W x 11 7/8"H x 12"D and it has two panels that are Plexiglas. So you see the package will be large and heavy. You won’t be disappointed and will not find a roombox like this anywhere!
