Please see photos for the following as they are of the actual item being sold: The front cover has slight edge wear, and at the top left corner two small areas at the edge have been worn and slightly affects the pages inside. There is minor fading at the top right corner of the front cover. The spine has slight edge wear. The back cover has slight edge wear, too. Pages 79/80 have slight creasing at the top near the binding. Pages 69-74 have a tiny tear at the top edge near the middle. Otherwise, the pages inside are clean and without any markings. Overall, this is in like new condition!
