Beautiful Antique Gottschalk Dollhouse Furnished VGC - $1,250 - (Fredericksburg, TX)
This German dollhouse made by Gottschalk is really in great shape. I did give it fresh paint except for the red roof and green doors and trim. The flowers are original. The floor papers and wallpapers are in great shape and were in the house when I purchased it. I added the antique furnishings. It is approximately 18.5" deep including the front steps and front yard by approximately 16" high including the chimneys and roof peak by 16" wide. The house is in exceptional shape for it's age...about 1920ish I believe. There is crack at the back of the house which doesn't affect the integrity of it and a little damage to the front porch railing upstairs. There is no window glass but very nice to have both chimneys and original flowers. I will pack this dollhouse with furnishings very carefully and ship it either by USPS Insured Priority Mail or UPS Insured Ground.
