You are looking at an antique Table Lamp that is hand-painted gold gilt with white stripes and black touches. The base is antique brass or bronze color. This looks like Art Deco or maybe Asian influence. This lamp works. There is electrical tape on the cord prong. This lamp measures about 34" tall and the base is about 7 1/2" square.
