Gorgeous Vintage Fabric Pink White Gingham Checked Cotton 38x45 1 Yard. I do not include the selavges in my measurements so you do not have to take out for them. There is a small area about 3" that is cut out shown in the close ups with the tape measure. No bad odors just that vintage smell. Minor little threads at the edge from where it been cut off the bolt. I found minor age spots in areas its vintage so that happens on its own from age they are shown in the close ups. From my moms estate I just began to list her fabric I will have new listings weekly.
