Absolutely Fabulous Set Of 4 Vintage Mid-Century Modern Lucite “Z” Chairs 1970’s A superb set of 4 chairs, each chair is constructed out of a single heat formed bent lucite plastic sheet. The edges are bevelled all the way around the chair on the back/bottom side of the lucite sheet the chairs are formed from. These chairs are heavy, stable and very sturdy. They come with 4 red cushions. We only photographed them with the cushions on in the last photo we have in our listing. Each chair weighs about 50-60lbs each. condition: overall excellent condition, one chair has a “bruise/glued chip” (photographed). There are a few scratches here and there from use and wear on the front/back sight sides of the chairs. Each chair has multiple scratches on the underside of the chair, ie, the section that sits flat on the ground. This probably could be polished off. There is currently little rubber bumpers on the base of each chair to guard against the scratching, but it seems for a time there wasn’t any bumpers, hence the scratching. Size: 35” tall, 15 3/4” wide, 20” deep, 18” seat height without cushions, cushions are 2” thick.
