Photos are of the item you will receive, unless stated otherwise. Cosmetic Condition The duplicator is in very good cosmetic condition. It has light scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use. Please see the photos for more detail. Testing We tested the duplicator by plugging it in and powering it on. It powers on, the display is working, and all of the function buttons are working. We inserted a video DVD (lacking copy protection) into the master drive and blank DVD discs into the others. We then ran a copy operation and tested the resulting discs to ensure they were all functional. They both passed the compare test on the duplicator and worked fine in a DVD player. The internal hard drive appears to be fully functional.This is the full extent of the testing performed. We believe that the duplicator is in fully working condition. Return Policy If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it. You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (this includes new and sealed items). Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Shipping Items are shipped via USPS or UPS.
