Marshall Field's Vintage Blue Rose Batting Plastic Lined in Box Eight Feet Long - $22 - (Lake Villa, IL)
Very interesting "fabric". It reminds me of tablecloth material with plastic on one side and batting on the other. I am not sure what the intended use for this fabric was- but it is so beautiful that I hope someone can put it to good use. Box has a small tag that reads "Marshall Field Company" The box itself has a gorgeous pink and gold rose design- but the box is not in good condition. The fabric however, is in very good condition and there is 100 inches of it lengthwise. The width is approximately 17 1/4 inches. Beautiful blue rose floral design. The fabric does have a smell of age like that of an antique shop- not unpleasant to me at all but I do like that kind of thing : ) Thank you much : )
