The stair case this is installed in is:A total of 13 steps from the ground floor to the top floor, overall length of stair case is about 150", to stair to bottom stair is about 140". Track length is about 163-7/8" Chair swivels at top. Has foot rest sensor, up and down operating switch on the right arm rest and two remotes. Battery operated with wall charger.
