Two Chair units with tracks that I will sell separately or both units together. Installed on 2/1/17. The family had a Master bedroom suite addition constructed off of the ground floor for my mother who has dementia. We no longer need to use the stairs. Comes with 4 keys, 4 remotes, 2 owners manuals, and 2 winding wheels. Will sell each chair (with accessories) and track separately for price listed or together for $3,500. Tracks are approximately 77" in length.
