For consideration is this vintage Reynolds "Medalist" tenor trombone. The serial number, 280634, dates it to 1973. Overall, this horn is in nice condition. There is cosmetic wear including light scratching, scuffs, and lacquer wear spots throughout. There is a small, but sizable ding as pictured. The slide plating is in good condition and doesn't have any major pitting, dings, or dents. The tuning slide is free and movable. It is functional and plays as-is, but it could use some general work to bring it up to its full potential; the slide is slightly out of alignment and not as smooth as it could be. Since all repair facilities are priced differently, we recommend checking with your local tech for maintenance costs. The original Reynolds 12C* mouthpiece in decent condition, but has general wear. The original case is also included; there are some marks on the exterior and the interior is in nice condition w/ a slight vintage odor.
