Dendraster casmaliaensis SKU: SD-004 Approximately 2 to 5 Million year old sand dollar fossil from the Foxen Canyon Formation in Santa Barbara County of California. This sand dollar is about 38 mm in diameter and shows great detail. These sand dollars have been cleaned to remove calcified sand covering their exteriors. No repairs have been made to this fossil. This fossil is very fragile, please handle with care. The fossil is shipped in a "floating" display case (pictured).
