Great Newcomb Macklin Frame, one of the most elaborate designs! - $1,250 - (Huntington, WV)

Here is a great arts & crafts Newcomb Macklin frame, one of their most elaborately carved models, very elegant, it is for a 16 x 20 inch painting, and it must have had a good one in it at one time as it has two screw holes to either side (one pictured) to keep it secured to a wall. Nice deep orange golden hue, wear on the high spots, but still a really magnificent frame. Reinforced corners and typical pencil inscriptions to verso. Opening measures 16.25 x 20.25 inches, frame is a super 4 inches wide. Buyer to pay shipping, good luck.
