STAMP #: 39a MINT/USED: TYPE: Bisect GRADE: - DESCRIPTION: 6c yellow brown, diagonal half used as 3c on cover, sent from GUELPH (NOV 15, 82) to BRESLAU (NOV 16, 82), cover damage @ LR. 2018 Pink certificate from VGG stating that the bisect did not originate on cover. Still a neat philatelic item!
