This early wax seal stoneware jar is 8 1/2" tall to the top of the lip which is 4 1/2" wide with a 4 1/2" wide bottom.There are tiny chips here and there and the salt glaze is gray with some lite burn areas.The bottom is red clay and inside is a brown glaze with hand turnings.There are a couple of fine lines at the bottom that come with age.So if you are interested in this nicely done canning jar that has been well cared for you can buy it now in this listing and I will send this out to the successful buyer as soon as the payment clears.Thank you for your consideration and if you have any questions you may email me.
