It’s at its best when you can open it up a bit, but with dual Masters it should satisfy the needs of many players, both in volume and versatility. Tube configuration: Three 12AX7, two EL84, one 5U4 rectifier Front panel feature set includes the following: Clean/Rhythm Channel - Gain, Volume, Master Solo/BoberDrive Channel – Drive, Volume, Master Shared Controls – Treble, Middle, Bass, Presence, Channel Switch, BoberFET switch Additional Shared Controls: A.B.E. Switch – This is a three position voicing switch that lets you switch the basic tonal characteristics of the amp between American, British and EAST. BoberFET Level – This sets the amount of gain delivered to the front end via a FET gain circuit. This circuit works with both the Rhythm and BoberDrive channels of the amp, giving you virtually four levels of gain and generally a nice boost in volume when engaged. Both the Channel and BoberFET functions are front panel switchable as well as foot-switchable and have front panel LED indicators.
