Very Rare Vintage 90's Toy Toby Terrier Doll Talking Store Display Advertising - $525 - (Rochester, NH)

This is an extremely rare store display advertising Toby Terrier. I've never seen another online, and I think it's quite rare. It's not the actual toy in a case, it's a specially made display white a computer chip in the bottom which controls it. He gives an advertising pitch, wags his tail, and moves his head.
