This has to be the most unusual item we have sold on ebay over the 20 plus years we have been selling on ebay! Downtown Jacksonville Florida 3D Model of Most of Downtown on a Board...framed for display. Can hang on a wall if desired. This is an actual model made by KBJ Architects in Jacksonville Florida when they were building the "New Courthouse" in 2007. They used this to compete with the other renowned Architects that were invited to participate. This shows a version of the Courthouse that we wish had been built...this is so cool! This Model cost a small fortune...tens of thousands of dollars...to have built. The whole thing is to scale and is 3 dimensional. The tallest building is 12" high! The whole measures 70" long and 43 1/2" wide. Nicely framed as you can see and would look great having the missing buildings made to fill in the blanks spaces, but looks stunning as it is, as you can see! Fantastic for Jacksonville history buffs, or Architectural Students, or Model Building Collectors etc. All of our items are being sold in the condition we found them, with minor flaws because they are either a semi-Antique or Antique and may need slight restoration to bring them back to showroom condition. We sell everything bought from estates directly to you. We do not restore anything. We reiterate that each item we sell is used, and by definition has various blemishes.
