CHICAGO ELECTRIC 4 1/2" ANGLE GRINDER 10,000 RPM ITEM 65519 - $10 - (Fowlerville, MI)

Estate sale find.Tested it and it worked fine.There is some electrical tape on the cord where it meets the tool(see photo).I didn't remove it and have no idea why its there,as I said the tool worked fine.It does shows signs of use such as scratch and scuff marks.The tool used to change the blades is missing.A pair of channel locks work just fine as a replacement for it.
