For your consideration, I am offering this exquisite - Set of Four - flat Demitasse Coffee / Chocolate Cups and Saucers Sets in the hand-painted dresden flowers "Marie Antoinette" pattern manufactured by the Carl Schumann Porcelain Factory located in Bavaria, Germany..The exquisite cups and saucers features hand-painted "Dresden" flowers in assorted colors on white porcelain with offsets of gold - Each flat cup is decorated with hand-painted flowers and the letter "M" on the one side of the cup..Hand-painted floral bands along the top area on the cups with gilt gold trim..Will also notice each cup with some flowers decorating the interior of the cup...Slightly scrolled handles decorated with gold..The saucers have the scalloped gilt gold rims with hand-painted reticulated floral bands and offsets of gold..Inner gold pinstripe...Approximate sizes: The Cups - 2 3/8 inches tall by 2 1/8 inches top rim diameter - holds approximately 3 ounces.. The Saucers - 4 7/8 inches scalloped gold rim diameter.. Backstamped: the red shield with yellow lion and trim - 'ROYAL BAVARIAN' above 'DRESDNER ART', 'SCHUMANN' and 'MADE IN BAVARIA' below.. This particular mark was used from 1932 until 1940...In ink the #28..
