Here is a 1930-40's beautifully restored FIRE ALARM CALL BOX TELEPHONE from Hello Central Antique Telephone Company. The call box has been re-purposed into a "working" telephone. It has a Bakelite "F style" Handset with a Black Cloth Covered Handset Cord. The Fire Alarm Call Box Telephone has a powder coated finish (baked on enamel) and was professionally hand lettered in Silver lettering. Attached to the front door is a beautiful puter and porcelain firefighter plaque. This Fire Alarm Telephone has been converted for use on today's telephone system. The modern day telephone components are located inside of the call box. A VOIP "Voice Over Internet Protocol" Telephone System such as available through Vonage or other "Internet Carrier" will require a converter not provided in this auction. This Telephone will work fine with a regular telephone service.
