Late 18th Century George III English Silver & Flatware Storage ChestDescription: A Late 18th century English George III Bachelor's chest repurposed for silver & flatware storage. The finish is finely executed in figured wood veneers. The chest features a pull-out tray atop four graduated drawers and rests on a bracket footed base; top three drawers are felt lined, larger bottom drawer is un-lined. The chest is ornamented with brass hardware pulls on the tray and handles on the drawers and at each side of the case. Each drawer is fitted with a locking mechanism (no key).
