1976 Tama 14 x 5 - 1st Gen. Imperialstar Kingbeat snare drum. Last year for the 1st Gen. Kingbeats. Dual Parallel rail throwoff assembly. Early tone control. Chrome over steel next generation ribbed shell. 1st year for die cast hoops. Coffin lugs. Comes with a new set of reproduction extended snare wires using aircraft wire. Manufactured to Tama's original specifications. New skins with Remo coated controlled sound black dot over Evan snare side 300 clear. Chrome is in almost mint condition but does show some very miniscule scratches. No pitting that I can see. Drum is complete in every way and the throwoff and internal tone control operate smoothly. Awesome articulate sound with superior response. A rival to some of the finest snare drums out there. I have owned several of these 1st Gen kingbeat snare drums and this is one of the finest I've seen. No disappointments.
