new floor tom without the 3 legs....14" head and 15 inches from rim edge to rim edge....you can purchase legs on ebay for cheap(about $17 for 3 pack free shipping)….just search SC-TL1A floor tom legs 3 pack....drum was not stored in plastic...so minor stuff like...minor scratches or dust...nothing major wrong with the drum...thank you
