You are looking at an Original Vintage Sears Craftsman Radial Arm Saw Vacuum Metal Hood Dust Collector..! This unit is in clean shape as seen and it was used very little since new, and it comes just as seen in the photos. You can hook up your shop vac hose directly to the white end tube, and it sucks up the dust right as you are cutting the wood. It also has both of the factory mounting brackets as seen, and for shipping to keep it safe I will have to remove the one arm sticking out.
