These wooden tom tom frames are made from a wood similar to cedar. You can make your own tom toms using these frames and our Cow or goat Rawhide Drum Covers.These are 2.5" wide and 0.25" thick. They are 18.25" on the outside of the rim and 17 6/16" on the inside.Please note : We have had a couple of complaints from drum-makers about the frames releasing at the joints. The problem is caused by keeping the frame too wet for too long.
