Vintage maybe Antique SOUTHERN BELLE Pin Cushion w Ceramic Bust PRETTY - $20 - (Merrill, IA)

Pin cushion is in decent antique condition, the cloth is a bit dirty, I am not sure how you would go about cleaning it. Some paint flakes on the ceramic bust but no major damage, she is quite lovely. Please let me know if you have any questions and thanks for looking!
