1950s Ludwig WFL 1121 Hi Hat Stand Ringo 1st Model Flat Base COLLECTOR CONDITION - $200 - (North Kingstown, RI)

I hesitate to use the term “collector condition” on stuff, but this is as close as it gets. I’ve never seen a nicer one of these in person. No rust, original tilterless cup with no issues, all rubber feet tight and barely worn. Clutch, memory lock, etc. There is a little grease from the spring that has migrated here and there into the crevasses...a little scratching on the pedal and connecting plate...some very minor super facial scratches etc throughout, but. O rust no pitting g really...it appears that maybe there was a black pad on the bottom side of the plate (like on the speed king bass pedals) that came off and left a sticky type residue...which looks like rust in the pics but I assure you it isn’t. It comes off. If you wanted to do a very minor detailing of this thing with a pipe cleaner and some alcohol to remove any other minor gunk it could look even better than it does....which currently is what I would consider to be as near immaculate as you get for a used, near 60 year old pedal.
