INDIAN CHIEF DRUMMER Made in Japan, in the late 1950`s by Linemar Toys (Marx), of all lithographed tin construction. He measures 6 1/2 inches tall and is in Excellent condition with just a hint of play wear. His colors are bright with no dings or corrosion. Wind up the permanent key and toy moves around in a circle while the Indian Chief drums the drum with his arms going up and down on the drum head. The key winds easily and he makes a nice rat-tat-tat sound. This unbelievably rare toy displays well in any Native American, music, or vintage Japanese tin toy collection.
