Antique 1920's Hand Applique Rose Pattern Quilt Block 18" x 18" Pillow Cover - $10 - (Westcliffe, CO)

This lovely old pillow cover dates to the 1920's. Has been stored (not used) since then. The pillow cover measures 18 X 18, plus the 2.5" ruffle. Hand-applique rose pattern. This pillow cover has no rips, tears, stains or odors. There is a small hole on one of the green "leaves" - see close-up photo - and a couple of small very faint spots. There are also two thin black streaks near the loose stitching, one is shown The stitching is loose in a small section of the ruffle. Stuffing has been removed...add your own or use fabric for other projects. Needs gentle laundering... I'm not experienced in handling old fabric.
