Marx 'Dagwood The Driver' Tin Windup Crazy Car With Original Box. Great fun antique toy featuring the classic newspaper comic of Dagwood and Blondie, son Dumpling, baby daughter Cookie and the faithful family dog Daisy. The windup is strong sending Dagwood in crazy circles and just as quickly sending him backwards all the while Dagwood's head tries to keep up with all the changes turning full circle in the process. Lots of great graphics showing the copy rights 1933 1934 1935 by King Features Syndicate, Inc. The box has all the flaps with one end detached and old tape repair on the inside flaps.
