Marx This Wind-up Popeye carrying Parrots in Cages was made by Marx. At about 8.5 inches tall, it is made of tin. There are scratches, spots of rust, and scrapes, as shown in photos. The tabs are complete and unbroken. The wheels are wood, complete, and roll freely. The wind up works but is stiff and needs encouragement to walk. Popeye's pipe is missing.
