Personal safety horn made by Falcon. This is the "Sound 911" model which features a garment attachment clamp. Simple usage instructions - never has to be shaken and to operate just press the top of the can and hold until you let up. This is one of the model used by the USPS. I am retired letter carrier and never had to use this can. This product can also be used for dog training.
