Antique Dutch Frisian Needlework Table Scarf rare early 1800's - $198 - (Hannibal, MO)
This olive green & salmon silk on beige linen cloth needlework could easily be in a museum. It's colors are still vibrant and it is a very attractive antique. There is slight damage because of wear and age. I included many photos so as not to mislead anyone.There are small holes and repairs on the back side. The needlework still has most of it's tassels and they appear to have never been laundered. Considering it's age it is in very nice condition and definitely usable. It is an excellent example of 19th century Dutch Frisian Needlework. Measures approx. 24" x 28" Please see pics, they are part of the item description.
