Vintage Spanish Silver Punch Bowl with 24 Punch Goblets, Tray and Ladle - $125 - (Julian, CA)

This group of 24 Spanish Silver plate punch goblets, punchbowl, and ladle were purchased in Spain in the early 1960s. The goblets are 3.75 inches tall with a cup rim of 2.25 inches. The punchbowl is 11.25 inches tall with a 7 inch rim. The goblets are marked with "Made In Spain" and the punchbowl and ladle are marked "Edificio - Madrid". The goblets and bowl have twisted grapevine stems; the ladle has grapevine trim/accents. The silverplate tray is 19 inches in diameter and is trimmed with the same grapevine pattern. These 24 goblets are in very good condition with no major scratches no wear marks. They clean very well with silver polish. 2 of the goblets, the punchbowl, and the ladle have been cleaned while the remaining 22 goblets (see picture) are still in a tarnished state. These one will clean up as the others have. The punchbowl is in very good condition the stem was bent in a move. It lists slightly to one side but it does not effect the use....just gives it character. The tray is in good condition with slight scratches from use. All come from a smoke free home.
