RARE Vtg LAUREL and HARDY ORIGINAL RUTH HARRIET LOUISE PHOTOGRAPHIC PORTRAIT - $476 - (Lafayette, IN)

A rare, iconic photographic portrait of one of the greatest comic duos of all times- Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy. This wonderful silver gelatin portrait was taken by the famous MGM photographer Ruth Harriet Louise (ca 1929). The photo is 9.25 x 12". The verso bears the original photographer's stamp.The condition is good with creases at both top corners, a small clip on the bottom left and a few small areas of brown staining. The bottom has some chipping and there is scattered handling wear. Please look carefully at my pictures as they are part of the description. Thank you.
