Original Vintage Revere Cat Eye, Gas Station Island Light, Mercury Vapor. Garage - $349 - (Clayton, WI)

Very hard to find vintage Revere "Cat Eye" mercury vapor light. This is a very large light! Overall length including the pole measures 5 feet. The glass lens measures approximately 24" tall and 12" wide. The light is made of aluminum. It uses a 400 Watt mercury vapor bulb with the large base. The light takes quite a while for it to come on, but does work. Very nostalgic with the large domed lens and the hum of the transformer! The aluminum was evidently painted light green at one point and has peeled and flaked off over the years. This item is being sold as is with local pickup because of the size and also the chance of damage in shipping.
