R-Quest Technologies TCA-9003-untested. Powers on, but unable to fully test. Nothing else is included except the device itself and a power cord. The menu works perfectly! I believe the model # is correct (I got it from the menu when powered on). We have no knowledge about this item except for what we researched online. Powers on and seems to function proper.
