Vintage Sheridan Silver Plated Tea / Coffee Service Set - $195 - (Ottawa, IL)
Hello, Up for auction: This is for a Sheridan silver plated tea / coffee service. This set is in good condition, overall. The tray shows some plate loss most accurately shown in photo 3. This represents the area and piece with the most plate loss revealing the brass base metal. The tray measures app. 30" x 17 1/4" There are some miscellaneous dents and scuffs on the other pieces, nothing significant. However, the waste bowl does have a crack as shown in photo 11. This represents the worst damage. The more substantial pieces are in good condition. The burner is missing the cap. This is a large and heavy set that displays quite nicely.
