1960's Masudaya Modern Toys Radicon Remote Control Tank in Original Box **Rare** - $550 - (Sequim, WA)

This 1960's Masudaya Modern Toys Radicon Remote Control Tank is in excellent condition. I listed it as new because it looks like the only time it was ever used was when I removed it from the box to test it. I could only find a couple of very tiny areas of paint loss on the tank that look like they were caused by the Styrofoam rubbing against it. The battery compartment is very clean and free of any scratches. The tracks are clean and have no wear at all. There is still a partial price tag on the underside of the front of the tank. The lid of the box, with its great graphics, is also in very good condition with no damage at all, except for slightly bent corners. The bottom of the box has a couple of tears and a small hole in it. The Styrofoam that holds the tank and its accessories is in very good condition. I carefully inserted 3 batteries and briefly tested the tank. It ran forward very well when I turned it on, but when I clicked the remote control nothing happened, the tank didn't change course and the light on the tank didn't come on.
