It is vintage.The print on the metal is floral.The sides are beveled.The lid is round.Please see the pictures as it is a very interesting tin.In pictures # 7 and 10, notice the place where the gold around the rim has been scraped away. There are several spots like this around the rim. On the bottom in picture # 12 you will notice some scratches. There are also some small spots where rust has set in. The largest is about 1/4" in size.It measures 4.75" tall and approximately 4" square.The smaller of the two is a newer tin. It is not vintage.It is a lovely black tin with gold filigree and a floral still life on all 4 sides.It measures 2.5" tall and is 1.75" square.These tins would be a lovely addition to a collection.
