Vintage metal bronze Look wall decor plate Mermaid In Harbour Nautical - $20 - (Montross, VA)

This was purchased at an estate auction in Virginia. I researched but could not determine a manufacturer. It is heavy and I believe it is made of copper or bronze but could also be another unknown metal. Neat vintage wall plate for that nautical room. It is heavy at 2-3 lbs shipping weight.
