It's missing 3 small screws on the bottom, but is otherwise still in solid shape. Please see the photos for more detail.Included is a 5VDC power adapter. No other parts or accessories are included. It powers on, as indicated by the input, CC, and output lights. We pressed the select buttons on each channel, and all are functional. It would switch from CV to S-Vid, ALT to CC1, and VGA to YPbPr modes without problems.This is the full extent of the testing performed. We do not have the equipment or expertise necessary to fully test this device. As such, it is being sold as-is. We can only guarantee that the condition is exactly as described.
